Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.
What counts as an active workbook?
An active workbook is any project you haven’t archived. You can archive and unarchive freely. Archived workbooks don’t count toward your plan limit.
What happens when I exceed my AI generation limit?
You’ll see a clear notice before incurring overage charges. Additional generations are billed at $0.20 per 10 generations. No surprises.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day trial on the Builder plan so you can experience the full scoping workflow before committing. No credit card required to start.
How does team billing work?
On Team and Cohort plans, included seats are covered by the base price. Extra seats are $12/seat/month, added automatically when you invite above the included count.
Can I export to Google Docs or Notion?
Yes. Core exports (copy-paste format) are included in every plan. The premium Notion + Google Docs integration is available as a $15/workspace/month add-on on Builder and Team plans, and included in Cohort.
